Both beds are memory foam (1 king, 1 double). Please note: this is our own home which we vacate for your stay, so we kindly ask you to treat it with care and follow the house rules.

Located in a rural area away from main roads and adjacent woodland but also within a few miles of Forest Row and East Grinstead. For those wanting a more active break there are countryside walks straight from the door, use of a shared fitness room and tennis court. Alternatively, the area has several National Trust houses, beautiful gardens and the Ashdown Forest to explore. A car is essential! The cottage is well equipped and furnished to a good standard, as seen in the photos.

We have a stunning pool which is heated from May to October ( subject to availability) and in the winter months, a wonderful log burner, which makes our lodge super cosy. Hotub/Whirlpool available and can be used all year round. Our cabin is separate to the house, and benefits from 2 free car parking spaces and an electric car charging point at extra cost .
