A well equipped kitchen, a great shower room and flushing toilet, a woodburner, a large deck where you can eat alfresco or enjoy your own private hot tub.

The hut features a comfortable king size bed, television , table and chairs and a small kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, air fryer , toaster , kettle ,electric hot plate . Step outside into your private garden, featuring a wood fired hot tub, outdoor covered seating , cooking and eating area, wood burning stove all lit by festoon lighting.

Situated in a beautiful rural setting with its own cottage garden, whilst only being a stones throw away from London Gatwick airport.  The hut features a main living area with a kitchenette, dining area, a cosy double bed, a second bedroom with a small double and a private bathroom. It has been carefully designed to offer all the facilities that you would need whilst giving you a unique relaxing and private experience.

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Proper flushing loo in hut, walk in thermostatic shower and sink in an adjacent shed. Meet/feed our chickens, collect fresh eggs if available (small charge!). Fully insulated/doubleglazed, thermostat controlled heating, hot/cold running water, electric kettle, toaster, 240v mains, tv, dvd, fridge freezer, camp cooker, free WiFi, outside dining, barbie, firepit Slippers advised, floor can be a bit cold in winter. Please note, in freezing weather the shower may not be available.
