Fully equipped characterful cottage a few steps from mumbles seafront promenade, close to beaches, with driveway parking for 2 vehicles & private garden. Ideally located for a flat stroll by the sea to bustling Mumbles village with a wide range of restaurants, cafe-bars, pubs, independent shops & M&S food. Easy access to nearby beaches and the stunning Gower peninsula with Three cliffs Bay, Rhosilli, Worms head and coastal walks. Near Swansea Uni, Wales National Pool, Singleton & Clyne Parks.

The cottage is just off the seafront with one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. The fully fitted kitchen had a dining table with 4 chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The living room seats 5 and has a smart tv, a Bluetooth speaker and a wood burner. The pricing reflects that there is no direct parking. Swansea Council website contains detailed parking info.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

Made from a local cedar tree, this self built tiny house is an amazing experience. A high quality build with everything you need for your stay. Underfloor heating with additional wood burning stove. A fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, oven and induction hob. Crockery and utensils supplied. Fire pit and hot tub. Situated on a working dairy farm with surrounding countryside, 3 miles from seaside town of Porthcawl. You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place.

One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.
