It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. In a quiet cul-de-sac with parking and enclosed rear garden, this is a newly refurbished house 5 mins walk away from the seafront with shops, bars and restaurants. The path at the side leads to the castle gardens which is a short cut to the vibrant fishing village of Mumbles. It is quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a perfect coastal retreat. There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.
