This beautiful granite gate lodge is over 200 years old and is tucked inside the entrance to The Manor Cottages. It overlooks the Brittas river which is full of wildlife all year round. The cottage has recently been renovated in a traditional style but with all the modern day comforts. The cottage has a romantic feel to it and is wonderfully private. The cottage has its own designated parking area and a large private garden. It’s close to both Dublin and the airport yet feels wonderfully remote.

You have a sense of being in the country with birds and squirrels in the trees but yet you are only 10 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the city centre. Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.

Conveniently located a bus stop 3 minutes away on Kimmage Road West with regular buses to city center. The Ashleaf shopping mall is a 10 minute walk with a great Dunnes Stores supermarket, free parking. 5 minutes if you take short cut through park) Lorcann O Toole is next door with a kiddie’s playground and nice walks 🌳

Perfect for one person or a couple. Studio 3 is cute, clean and self-contained with a private outdoor space. It is served by excellent public transport (buses are less than 10 minutes walk away). It takes about 40 minutes to the city centre (outside rush-hours). The Dublin's LUAS rail system is also close by. The immediate area is well served by coffee shops, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks and, of course, gastro pubs!
