Estremamente accogliente anche solo per la conformazione, cava e tondeggiante si presenta quasi come un utero materno. Il bagno, se pur piccolo è completo di bidet e doccia. "Quercus" è una costruzione risalente al XIX secolo, situata nel centro storico di Alberobello, all'interno della magnifica cornice dei trulli (tipiche costruzioni locali patrimonio UNESCO). L'appartamento è composto da due camere matrimoniali, ognuna con bagno privato e indipendente, un angolo cottura.
