When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Today, I'm grateful to share it with my guests. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1st floor condo at Dolphin Villas with a great location, about 1.5 miles from the beautiful beaches with the public beach access. A plenty of restaurants are very close(TackyJack’s,OysterHouse,Lulu’s…) There is a grocery store and Walmart very close also.You can go near by water park, visit the Wharf, OWApark or Fort Morgan, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo or spend the day relaxing on the beach.

The house is on Bon Secour river and it’s great for swimming and fishing. Lots of different kinds of fish to catch or if enjoy watching birds this is the place to be. Bald Eagles fly through and rest here as they make their way to the Gulf State Park. Great location!

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
