Entry is private via the back gate. Backyard is a delightful setting for shared use. Extremely close to train, tram, and buses and the best parkland in Melbourne. Located in inner city, with pubs and cafes and cinema in easy walking distance, yet is surrounded by trees and close to the Merri path and Capital City Trail.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Preston. The apartment is attached to our home with a seperate entry and courtyard. It boasts a cutting edge renovation with brand new and modern kitchen, bathroom and living space. The space is filled with bright and natural light. Our smart tv and wifi are perfect for a relaxing time on our comfortable lounge. Other important features are: split system, electric blinds, security intercom entrance and dining table.

Located in the heart of Westgarth 1 minute walking distance from public transport and to the wonderful Westgarth Cinema, cafes and nightlife. LGBTQ- friendly.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled
A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

Apartment in Thornbury. An easy walk to High St.
Darebin Road, as we call our unit, is situated on the boundary of Northcote and Thornbury. Both suburbs have an abundance of sensational restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. Darebin Road is a late 1970's built ground floor unit in a complex of nine. It is a comfortable living space. Kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. A single car space is situated adjacent to the unit, marked "2". Really only suitable for really small vehicles, but there is ample free parking on the street.

A sweet, comfortable, private light-filled studio opening onto a small courtyard. Located in the heart of Northcote, only minutes from the High Street cafes, bars, music venues and public transport, this studio is suitable for one or two people. The studio is in the garden, has its own private entrance, wifi, an ensuite bathroom, some kitchen facilities, shared BBQ and outdoor eating setting. Occasionally at night you might see or hear native possums running across the roof.

Self contained apartment, with modern appliances, r. kitchen/living area, balcony queen bed with quality bedding. There is a communal rooftop BBQ area. In person key delivery, available for queries. Located on High St Northcote, known for its live music venues, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is on the 86 tram line. Croxton Station is also close by. Please be mindful of noise so as not to disturb neighbours. No parties or large gatherings.

Expansive native parklands with walking paths and running tracks located at the end of the street make a pleasant retreat.Note: kitchenette is set up for basic food prep.

Walking access to the numerous and vibrant cafes & restaurants, bars and intimate music venues of Northcote. Yarra river parkland nearby within easy walking. One bedroom with separate study/living room or second bedroom. Our place is good for couples, business travellers, solo adventurers and families with stair-wise kids.
