the pod@springwater

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Located in part of our riverside property on a quiet street, this new cosy, light & airy guest suite is ideal for short stays, visits to Exeter Uni, weekends watching Exeter Chiefs & enjoying walking and cycling the South West Coastal Path. Parking is on the driveway if requested. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the town with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants. We’re 10 minutes walk to Topsham train station and a few minutes to the nearest bus stop, providing access to Exeter, Exmouth and beyond.

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. The Annex at Retreat House

Retreat House is an 18th century merchant's house located a few metres from the Strand and Exe estuary in Topsham. Recently refurbished, we have 2 guest suites included which are separate to the main house with independent access. The Studio is on the ground floor with a double bed, en-suite shower room and kitchenette (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, sink, toaster and fridge). The Attic occupies it's own floor accessed via a private staircase with twin beds and a bathroom.
