Eventide Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman's cottage located a stone's throw from Brixham harbour. The three storey terraced house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2019, comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with log burner, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a free standing bath, separate rain shower, double basins and WC. There is also a small utility area with WC and washing machine. Outside there is an enclosed decked yard with seating and a BBQ.

Wren Cottage, Brixham

Wren Cottage is a charming, cosy 2 bedroom cottage. Set down a private track with free parking it is far enough away to be quiet but also only a 7 minute walk (0.3miles) into town. Wren Cottage is suitable for sunny days exploring the area and with its superb log burner cosy nights in. There is a local pub only a few minutes walk which also serves food. Please note the parking space/gravel track will need to be reversed out off but there is normally parking on the hill behind the cottage.

High Gables is an elegant two bedroom first floor apartment, 200 metres from Goodrington Beach, enjoying views across Youngs Park and towards the sea - ideal for families and couples. As featured in Devon Live, Smugglers is a 200 yr old idyllic fisherman's cottage located in the heart of the harbour. Recently refurbished to a very high standard but keeping the original features to enjoy with a Summer Roof Terrace!. Although the harbour's hustle and bustle is a stone throw away, the cottage is conveniently tucked away for when you want those quieter evenings, the perfect location! We also have a private driveway for a medium size car - a rarity in the harbour!
