The Cottage at Brae Hill Farm

🌿 Welcome to The Cottage. A cosy guest house at our property in the Bellbrae hills that we share with friends, family and lovely guests. It has sweeping views down the valley to Torquay and across to the Peninsula. 🍀 Enjoy the outdoor bath, pool (not heated), infrared sauna and outdoor rain shower in private garden oasis near the Great Ocean Road. 🐶🐴🐥 Meet our dogs, ponies and chooks. ⚡️ ☀️ Home EV charger. 🍃 Two night min Thursday to Saturday. One night min Sunday to Wednesday.

Possum House

Come and enjoy the open space. Our guest house is situated on 32 acres of country landscape with ocean views. Comfortably furnished. Large king bed, bunk room, fold out queen koala sofa & two single fold out occasional chairs. Both Bathroom have 2 showers 2 toilets. ( dormitory style bathrooms ) Modern kitchen with appliances. Outdoor bbq area, fire pit and plenty of room to play. Less than 5 mins drive to Torquay beach and shops. The best part is the freedom and fresh air:)

Ella's Rest

Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The natural aesthetic creates a space that captures light and views from every room making it seamless from outside to in. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.

Nestled in the back of our larger La Casa Cubo compound, this completely private guest space features lawn surrounded by lush gardens, decks, a geodesic dome, hot outdoor shower, luxury indoor bathroom, linen bedding and delightful sunny kitchen. Just 300m from Torquay's famous off lead dog beach and a short walk to local dining and shops, it's a perfectly serene coastal getaway, ideal for a relaxing escape. Deśa Retreat is a place to unwind and connect with yourself, your loved ones and nature. Within walking distance to the stunning beaches of Jan Juc and Torquay, walk the clifftop track, explore the bush, surf iconic breaks Winki and Bells, or simply sit and watch the view from one of the many lookouts dotted along the coast. Now offering a beautiful outdoor sauna and cold plunge wellness space on site ($35 per person for 60 minutes or $60 per couple, cash payment).

Lake View Apartment (Bellarine Peninsula)

Take it easy at our unique and tranquil getaway. We offer a modern and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment for a tranquil escape from your daily life, or for an active weekend on you bike or surfboard. It is suitable for two couples or a family. It is 15 minutes from Geelong and centrally located on the Bellarine Peninsular, close to the Queenscliff ferry, wineries, surf beaches, Adventure Park, and all the other attractions around the peninsular.

Belvedere Cottage

Relax in this cute Lorne cottage. It has open plan living with a spacious & airy sleeping loft. Set in beautiful native gardens which attracts abundant bird life. Belvedere cottage is ideal for couples or just you looking forward to that relaxing beach stay. The cottage has steep stairs leading from the living area to the mezzanine. *No schoolies allowed, schoolies will be ask to leave immediately without being refunded*

Correa Cabin

Correa cabin is a modern and private retreat. You'll find the space perfect for a relaxing getaway or as a base while you explore the local beaches, wineries and restaurants. We are a 10 minute drive from the hot springs and 15 minute walk from St Andrews Beach Brewery. The surf beach is a short (5 min) drive away. Spend time in the private outdoor area or relax in the well-equipped cabin.

Jan Juc Tree House

The Jan Juc Treehouse is situated in the heart of Jan Juc, with great views and a 'treehouse' like feel. Only a 5-minute stroll to excellent coffee at Swell Cafe and to Jan Juc beach. Your space is separate to the main house, with private entrance upstairs and a secluded private balcony and parking right outside the front. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Surf Coast!

Luxe Coastal Loft Retreat

This newly built guesthouse is stylish and cosy; the perfect place for a coastal couples getaway. Just 150m to Whites beach and a 15 minute walk to the local shops and cafes, you’ll enjoy the sounds of the ocean in a Scandinavian-style loft apartment. The loft also includes tea, coffee, kitchen utensils and a bar fridge for your convenience.
