It is located just 3 minutes walk from Los Locos Beach in a very famous and comfortable Scandinavian neighborhood close to the beautiful Aldea Del Mar and all important services like the seafront promenade, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bars etc. The apartment has all cooking utensils and furnitures necessary for nice and confortable stay, as well as a high-speed internet via WiFi and a working space for your convenience.

Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

Our beautiful holiday apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning. A bathroom and an open kitchen, this gives this holiday apartment a beautiful view of the living room and therefore of the beautiful Mediterranean! The next highlight is the large open balcony with a breathtaking view of the area's most famous sandy beach, "La Mata".

Supermarket at 200m, the port at 2,5km, city centre at 10 minutes by car. The accommodation is in a quiet area, but full of bars and restaurants. You can't ask for more! With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.

Casa Mar biedt ruimte aan 4 personen en is gelegen op een centrale locatie in Torrevieja op 100 meter afstand van het Playa del Cura en de boulevard, maar is gelegen in een rustige straat. Er zijn vele restaurants, barretjes en een supermarkt in de nabije omgeving. Ook het busstation is op loopafstand.
