Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Light and airy this newly renovated property is situated in a central location, close to all the amenities that Dartmouth has to offer but tucked away up School Steps, which is a quiet secluded location. There are 54 steps in all but the reward is the view, of the sea, river, castle and Kingswear. Our property is an old coastal cottage with a modern twist. It provides the perfect location to sit and take in the river life, the steam trains or as a base to explore the areas many attractions.

Smugglers’ Creek, Riverside Cottage, Stoke Gabriel

Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. The Apiary is a converted hayloft sitting at the end of a 16th Century Dartmoor Farmhouse, a short ten-minute walk from Widecombe in the Moor and 200m from the Two Moors Way. With it’s own private parking & entrance, the elegantly furnished room features an eclectic mix of antique furniture and Smeg kitchen appliances. From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
