Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Das Strandbad in Taching und Tengling sind jeweils ca. 2km entfernt. Sie dürfen gerne Ihre Haustiere mitnehmen wie sie auf den Bildern sehen haben wir selbst welche. Wir freuen uns auf Ihr kommen! The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Ihr genießt Euren Urlaub in einer wunderschönen und liebevoll renovierten Ferienwohnung, die sich in einem historischen Gebäude befindet - eines der ältesten von Traunstein. Das "Gütl" ist mehr als 400 Jahre alt ist, wurde detailverliebt restauriert und versprüht damit einmaligen Charme. In der ca. 145 m2 großen Wohnung fehlt es an keinerlei Komfort, es ist genügend Platz für bis zu acht Personen. Auch Hunde sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
