Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

The quintessential fishing village of Porthleven is a 10 minute drive, the cobbled streets of St Ives are 30 minutes, while the famous Poldark mine is less than 5 minutes by car. Local beaches include Dollar Cove, Church Cove, Poldhu and Kynance Cove.

It has a modern, well equipped kitchen including all appliances you would expect. Darracott is siuated on a Bridle Path and centrally located in the Granite uplands, between the Lizard Peninsula, Falmouth and St Ives. With rural walks straight out of the door, Cornwall's rich mining heritage is evident all around.
