Great for walkers and animal lovers, this accommodation is part of a former "Kafenion", situated in the heart of a traditional Cretan village in the hills. Nearby is the pretty and bustling town of Spili, with its tavernas, shops, pharmacy, health centre and post office. Prices from €35 (spring and autumn) to €40 including a basic breakfast. The WiFi only works outside. Loving dogs and cats is essential, if you wish to stay here, as I have 4 dogs and several cats. . Having a car is essential.

Welcome to this newly 73 m2 rebuilt house (entirely made of stone) using the foundation of my grand-grandfather's house which has been there for over 100 years. It is situated a few hundred meters from the breathtaking Triopetra beach and just 10-15 minutes away from the stunning Agios Pavlos Sand-Dunes beach and Ligres beach where guests can taste traditional dishes, enjoy peacefulness & relaxation under the warm Cretan sun, swim in crystal-clear waters and create unforgettable memories.

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Meine Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick liegt an der Südküste Kretas in Laufnähe (5 Min) zum östlichen Strand von Triopetra. Erholung pur an einem Ort absoluter Ruhe inmitten der Natur über dem lybischen Meer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock meines Hauses und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Sie ist 50 m² groß und hat eine 30 m² große Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Meerblick. Es handelt sich um einen Neubau der Ende 2018 fertig gestellt wurde.

Ο χώρος που διαθέτω είναι ένα οικογενειακό σπίτι διακοπών , αυτή ήταν άλλωστε και η χρήση του. Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο με πολύ πράσινο και δέντρα. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ξεκούραση και ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους μέσα στη φύση και μόλις 40 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλή κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι.
