Bright , 3 rd floor , new ,sunny 1050 sq ft studio apartment in North Truro off of Rt 6. Private entrance with deck , gas grill and seating. Parking for one. The apartment is next to our home and there is a tenant below, we ask that there are no parties and no smoking in the apartment. Provincetown is a 12 minute drive or take the shuttle at the end of our street. We have 2 dogs that never leave our fenced in yard at the main house.A very short drive to Ocean and Bay beaches. Equipped with A/C (split unit), fans, smart TV, wi-fi, washer/dryer combo unit, gas grill, picnic table, outdoor shower and 2 parking spots. Linens & towels are included. **NO PETS ALLOWED** This is our family cottage and our son is allergic to dogs. We do not recommend this cottage for any guests with mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep.

We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.
