My 100-year-old house has color and character, a wrap-around deck, views of water and Mt. Rainier, friendly neighbors, and lush landscape. Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

Enjoy a cozy daylight basement suite with a private entrance and a full kitchen, surrounded by a garden and patio for your use. Set in a quiet neighborhood, it's just a 20 minute walk to the beach or Alaska Junction (the heart of West Seattle), and a short drive to parks, Alki beach or 20-30 minutes to downtown Seattle. It's a small but efficient space, perfect for a quiet getaway.

We are both fully vaccinated and require all guests to be, too.
