If travelling with kids, please let us know when booking and include how many so we can prepare the space. The 1,000-sq-ft space is a first-level daylight basement in a three-level home. Located 5 minutes from town, 7 minutes from the hospital, and 8 km from China Ridge Trails for year-round outdoor adventures.

Built in 2022, this barn style home offers unique features such as sauna room, deck, large chef's kitchen, generous bathroom, wood burning fireplace. Located 20 minutes from town and 30 minutes to the golf course. 10 minutes to nearest lake, with approximately 100 more within an hours drive. Bordering access to the KVR trail. Outdoor activities include quading, biking, fishing, hunting etc. Leave the city behind and come enjoy the country outdoor experience where the night sky comes alive.

Secluded lake front cabin

Lakefront cabin at a quiet fishing lake (10HP boat limit) Almost 1000' lake frontage on a 10 acre property. This is a modern cabin/house. Landscaping is difficult in this area, but there is a nice patio and amazing views! You can walk around the lake which is about 5km, or one hour. This is a quiet area. There is a campsite on the other side of the lake, and approximately 20 other cabins around the lake. On summer days you will see people float around the lake on docks and small boats.

Hitchings Hideaway

A cozy rustic log cabin in the Cascade Mountain community of Sunshine Valley. This little cabin will provide you with an escape from the city with its relaxing (private) hot tub & gas fireplace. *Pls note: Sunshine Valley is a neighborhood of cabins-we have neighbors on either side. Some people enjoy bringing ATV's to the area. You may hear these vehicles, particularly in the busier summer months and/or weekends. The community is growing and there are some new constructions in the area*.

It is just 45 minutes to the great recreation area of Manning Park, with lots of outdoor activities. When at the cabin, enjoy the sights and the varied flora and fauna.
