Cozy Cottage near the Beach! The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage; said to have been part of the old Ft Screven army base on the north side of the island. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Pelican’s Playground is located on a quite, low traffic street. It is approximately a 3 minute walk to the beach. However, you only have to walk a few steps out the door to the pool/patio area. Tybee Island is an undiscovered beach town off the coast of Georgia, and just a hop and a skip away from beautiful historic Savannah.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Whimsical, 1940s Cottage 4 blocks to the Ocean!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

The Love Bird Suite

Located on the serene and historic Wilmington Island, this space was designed as a romantic couple’s getaway. Welcome 2026! Adorable Tybee cottage with Pool/Spa

This is a honeymooners delight! Small families are welcome too. *During the winter months-the Heated Spa is available, but not the pool. Heated pool option is available after April 1st, 2026 and only if daytime temperature is above 70 degrees. HEATED POOL/SPA OPTION IS $40.00 per DAY EXTRA. Charged at end of stay and only for days that heat is turned on. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.

Captain's Cove @ The Historic Captain's Quarters

Captain's Cove is a south end gem less than 300 steps from the beach. Captain's Cove is located in the historic Captain's Quarters, in the center of downtown Tybee Island. This one bedroom one bath apartment is all you need for a couple's getaway. Captain's Cove has beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and beach toys ready for your beach vacation. One parking spot is provided.
