There's ample on-site parking, multiple decks, and a fenced backyard. Close, easy walk to beach, shells, dolphin watching, ships, restaurants, parks, history...or just rest and recharge. The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

This recently renovated funky beach cottage will give you all the hip granny vibes, in the best way possible. Best of both worlds. Great place to view herons, egrets even an occasional otter from the back porch, yet only a 6-minute walk to the secluded Tybee North Beach. After guests go down a private lane, relax and enjoy the tidal creek views and birds on. For cooler months, we have a fireplace.
