Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

We purchased this home in 2024 after waiting 20 years for it to go on sale. This is our Montenegro gateaway, and we have decided to share it with friendly travellers while we are away. Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

This unique place has a style of its own , the second floor of a newly built and fully furnished home with seperate entrance. Everything a person needs to have a relaxing holiday. The villa apartment is luxurious and cozy with two bedrooms, bathroom with bidet, kitchen and living room. You are offered a large terrace with private jacuzzi overlooking a newly constructed shared pool. Villa apartment guests are provided with towels, robes, slippers & shampoos. We also offer pool towels.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Just a short drive from Ulcinj Old Town and Velika Plaža (Long beach), it's a hidden gem for nature lovers. Seasonal private pool available June–September, daily from 08:00 to 22:00.

This thoughtfully designed cabin is ideal for a family vacation for up to 6 people. It has a large terrace over the Bojana river which is a perfect resting place, lounge, dining space or whatever you can imagine. Inside the cabin you will find a spacious living room with kitchen, above which are two bedrooms in the loft.
