A perfect location for hikers and bikers with public footpaths and cycle paths on the door step. The local pub and village shop is also within walking distance. This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Lower Chapeltown Cottage

This cottage is the perfect base for your countryside escape. On entering the property there is a kitchen dining area with patio doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the kitchen, there is the large living space with a pool table. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs there is a vaulted bedroom with super king bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub and fully fenced garden

The Posh Shed

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of Bradninch. Self contained detached building with private parking, large open planned space with kitchen, bathroom and small outdoor area. 7 minutes from Junction 28 M5 junction and 20 minutes from Exeter. Bradninch is a delightful Duchy Town in Mid Devon with easy access to the countryside and Exeter City centre. The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

The Cider Barn - a perfect place for two

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks.
