This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Belägen i ett lugnt läge vid en grönskande park har man 7min promenad till citykärnan, restauranger & caféer. Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. Fungerande öppen spis, ekgolv, fräscht badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 100kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 6personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

Countryside feeling close to the city

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Välkommen till vårt nybyggda gästboende ”Ladan”. Ett boende i tyst, lantlig miljö strax öster om Uppsala. Hos oss bor du 13 km från Uppsala C resp 7 km från E4:an som tar dig vidare mot Arlanda eller Stockholm. 1000 m från boendet går buss direkt till Uppsala C och under vissa sommardagar kan du åka ånglok till stan med museijärnvägen Lennakatten. Gästhuset ligger i Gunsta samhälles utkant nära naturen. I området finns trevliga Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, där ni kan äta gott eller handla lite.

Slappna av i detta lugna boende och njut av sjöutsikt och natur. Här bor du i en helt nybyggd enplansvilla med stora fönsterpartier och gigantiska skjutdörrar mot sjön. Huset har en braskamin och golvvärme i hela huset. Huset har 3 sovrum och 1 rum med bäddsoffa. Vardagsrum och kök i öppen planlösning med fantastisk utsikt. Huset har en terass på ca 75 m2 där en del är en mysig uteplats under tak. Kanadensare finns. 7 minuter bort finns en fin strand och bastu vid sjön som man kan hyra/h.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid sjön. Hit kommer du för att njuta av naturen och ta det lugnt. Njut av ett morgon eller kvällsdopp från egen brygga och ta en tur på sjön eller ta en promenad i skogen precis utanför dörren. Nära finner du friluftsområdet Fjällnora och om du önskar att komma in till stan är det cirka 20 minuter in till Sveriges fjärde största stad där du finner allt utbud av restauranger och shopping du kan tänka dig.

Trevlig och rymligt lägenhet i källarplan belägen i attraktiva Luthagen/Uppsala. Ca 5min promenad från Uppsala Domkyrka och Uppsala City. Lägenheten är möblerad och fullt utrustad. Det finns gott om parkeringar i området för bilburna gäster, avgift erläggs via app i telefonen.
