In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

The DesignerOutlet Centre and other shopping malls are just a few kilometres away and ideally reachable by bus. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers.

Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Quiet suburban 3-room apartment with mountain view

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Garconniere in private house

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Unser Schwalbennest soll euch aus dem schnelllebigen Alltag holen und mit dem urigen Holz Sichtdachstuhl etwas Ruhe wiedergeben. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon im Dachgeschoss zeigt im Hintergrund den Untersberg in Berchtesgaden sowie den Gaisberg in Salzburg. Wir wollen euch in unserem Haus willkommen heißen und hoffen euch mit unserer Holzliebe ein Stück Berchtesgaden näher zu bringen.
