GODA. Island Hideaway on Svartsö

Fish and bathe in the lake, heat up in the sauna, do yoga and long table dinners in the orangery and sleep under the stars in the cabin. Named GODA ('good'), this is a wonderful place to get back to nature. GODA is a twist on “good” (gott in Swedish/god in Danish); an island hide-out for curious young souls like yourself demanding goodness for nature, self and others. We build GODA in 2016-2018 and she continues to grow and evolve as you will see if you visit her. GODA comfortably hosts 7 people in beds (plus 2 kids beds and 2 baby beds) in the main house and 6 people in Mini GODA. Our latest newcomer with own kitchen, bathroom and space. So a total of 13 adults and 4 kids can enjoy the space collectively, then using madrases on the floor, in the Orangerie or on the benches in the relax room in the sauna to accommodate additional people. The rent is primarily for the main cabin and if a larger group than 7, also for Mini GODA. If you want to access the sauna, orangeri and hot tub, please let us know in advance and we can arrange that, however, the hot tub should be used for stays longer than 4 nights and depends the water level in the lake. The sauna might be rented out by the island hotel during your stay, unless you specifically would like the privacy. In that case, please let us know. The only immediate neighbors are the fascinating fauna that can be discovered all around. There's easy access from the mainland, with boats running all year long. The best access point is on the north side of the island. There are only about 10 cars on the island, all with special permission, so please park your car on one of the main island access points, e.g. Vaxholm (for best access to the house via the north side), Åsättra (Ljusterö) brygga or Boda. You can rent bikes to get around from the grocery store or the hotel (the hotel is only 300m walk from the ground) Easy access from the main land with boats running all year around. The best access is on the North side of the island. This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Den stora altanen ger dig många soltimmar under hela dygnet och det luftiga köket ger dig möjligheter till härliga måltider. Huset är beläget nära flertalet badplatser, mysiga områden att promenera runt i och vackra solnedgångar att titta på. Huset passar perfekt för både om du behöver avkoppling och enskildhet eller om du vill ha gäster över. Det är endast några hundra meter till busshållplatsen där direktbus till slussen går.

Specifikt utformat för att passa paret med aktiva intressen som önskar ett romantiskt retreat på tu man hand, endast ca 30 min från Stockholm. Det här är paradiset på riktigt! Låna SUP:en, vandra längs Värmdöleden eller gå till Strömma kanal och se båtarna passera förbi. Njut av makalös sjöutsikt från både spabad och tevesoffa och bli inte förvånad om ett rådjur passerar förbi. Eftersom värdparet själv ibland laddar batterierna här är köket fullutrustat och inredningen vald med största omsorg.

Med första parkett mot havet och endast 30 minuter från Stockholms City finner ni denna härliga villa på Ingarö i Stockholms skärgård. Ett solläge utöver det vanliga och med en fantastisk utsikt mot Baggensfjärden. Nyrenoverad villa med stor altan för sol och umgänge med plats för många. Här kan man njuta av klippbad och vackra solnedgångar. Badbrygga finns 50 meter från huset. Villan har tre sovrum med dubbelsängar, tre badrum, stort kök med alla befogenheter och ett mysigt vardagsrum.

Charmigt och avkopplande skärgårdshus i traditionell svensk stil. En modern huvudbyggnad samt ytterligare två hus med totalt 12 (6+4+2) sängplatser i 6 sovrum, samt 4 (2+2) platser i bäddsoffor. Maximalt antal gäster i dessa är 16st. Möjlighet finns för ytterligare extrasängar samt barnsängar (vid förfrågan). 4 badrum m toaletter. Husen ligger på en stor trädgårds- och naturtomt med en egen brygga, bastu och privat strand på skärgårdens pärla Djurö, cirka 50 minuters bilfärd från Stockholm.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
