The apartment in house is located right by the sea in a beautiful sandy bay Stoncica, 7 km from the town of Vis. It is in the shade of a pine forest in a very quiet and relaxing place, surrounded by nature. It has its own small bridge from which you can jump directly from your bed and refresh yourself in the crystal blue sea. Our family-friendly stone house is located in peaceful Kut, only a 3 min walk from the seaside, and is close to beaches and great restaurants. It comes with a lush lemon garden, sunny terraces and a separate garden studio. Kut is the Old Town of Vis and from this side of the bay you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. We bought the rundown house in 2007 and renovated it with the help of skilled craftsmen. The neighbourhood is quiet and yet really close to everything you need for a great holiday!
