This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). The house consists of a living room with kitchen, three bathrooms with walk in showers, 4 double bedrooms and a fifth, the so-called, FUN ROOM, conceived as a small children's living room, equipped with board games, a large TV and Play Station 4! Each room upstairs is equipped with smart TV with Netflix and air conditioning . There is a laundry room, which consists of a washing machine and dryer.
