As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . We are down a 2 km gravel road but the views are worth the drive.di

Imagine waking up beside a beachfront grass reserve with short walk <50 metres to the sea shore of Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is a flat beach and tide retreats out quite a way. This ground floor apartment is double glazed and offers comfortable accommodation. please note that if 2 people are staying and wish to use both bedrooms then an additional fee ($40) is charged for linen and 2nd bathroom use Nearby are a multitude of attractions and eateries. Welcome to your getaway. An expansive, lush property bordered by a stream and native trees with an extensive garden where you are welcome to wander and sit. A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Warkworth Good Life, Self-Contained Unit + Ensuite

An “eco-oasis” in the township of Warkworth for you to relax in a stylish bedroom and lounge accommodation with ensuite. There is a music studio underneath the apartment and music lessons might take place on Fridays in the day time and on Tuesday night. There are coffee and tea making facilities, decent size fridge, crockery and cutlery but no cooking facilities or cooking permitted. 10 minutes walk to Warkworth township with restaurants and cafes.

Relax on the Kaipara Harbour

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.
