Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home was totally renovated in 2023. Our home has 910 square feet, with two bedrooms and one bath, all on one floor. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Ideal home for 1-4 people. There are two queen beds available. In a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Earlham College, 3.7 miles from Reid Hospital/IU East, 2.5 miles from Wayne County Fairground.

This is not a good choice for you. If you're up for stairs and want a unique slice of history in a hip package then you will not be disappointed.
