The nearest street light is two miles away. Owls, deer and the occasional nightingale are the only sounds in the middle of the night The cottage décor is fresh and modern with plenty of parking and a small decking area. Our Tiny Home sits tucked away in the heart of Hove, in our garden. You’ll sleep on a comfy double bed in the mezzanine, gazing at the stars through a velux. Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

A wild camping site offering a private camper van parking space on your own secluded lake at the end of a long track. The camper van in the pictures is not available, this is simply to illustrate. Enjoy staying in the middle of a 70 acre woodland on the edge of a stunning lake with far fetching views. There are no toilets, water or electricity provided on the pitch. Please bring bottled water. However, there is a communal toilet/warm shower block within a 10 minute walk of this pitch.

My place is close to Ashdown Forest and half hour drive to Glyndborne Opera House. Sussex Coast is within easy reach. Royal Tunbridge Wells 20mins away with the famous Pantiles. Many historical Villages nearby including Mayfield and Burwash. My large garden is full of wild life with two resident badger sets. White Deer are frequent visitors and can often be seen at dawn and dusk from the terrace. Foxes and family of Hare. More recently, we have two families of the protected Hedge Hogs.

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Please advise me if you have any other preferences instead of any of the above, as I want to cut down on waste. ….. thanks !

The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.
