Equipped with A/C (split unit), fans, smart TV, wi-fi, washer/dryer combo unit, gas grill, picnic table, outdoor shower and 2 parking spots. Linens & towels are included. **NO PETS ALLOWED** This is our family cottage and our son is allergic to dogs. We do not recommend this cottage for any guests with mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep.

Five minute walk to town to enjoy great restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, boutiques, access to Rail Trail (bike path), farmers market, Firebirds baseball games, galleries and more. Also, boat rentals/charters and golf nearby!

Relax in this cozy ground floor suite in our home on a Cul de sac close to all Wellfleet has to offer. Host Julia, and her friendly pup Doobie, are right upstairs to ensure you have a great experience. Enjoy your own patio, a comfy living room with sofa bed with a new mattress, dining table, kitchenette, private bath with shower, and captive bedroom with queen bed. Sorry no pets.
