It has 4 bedrooms, a study, a piano, 3 bathrooms, and a large hall and upstairs landing with sofas. The garden is properly fenced so perfect for children and dogs. It is close to two gastro-pubs, a shop, and a path to the hills out the back.

Lovely self contained, super clean one bedroomed annex with its own entrance and small outside space with table and chair in a beautiful garden. Welcome breakfast pack. A car is essential. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to restaurants, towns and villages by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. Lovely cross country walks from the property and close to the Greensand Way and Devils Punchbowl. An hourly bus service operates Monday to Saturday at the end of our lane.
