One bedroom with a king bed and full bath and the other with a twin over full size bottom bunk bed. Fully stocked with all the necessities & more! This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

Little Farm House

Country home with beautiful landscape, cows in the pasture, chickens in the coup! This is a working farm so there is someone on the property at times. If your looking to relax and unwind this is the place for you. Not a far drive to local eateries and shops. Drive a little further and hit the NC Zoo or Carowinds amusement park approx. one hr. drive. Close to Mocksville BB&T ball field BMX park Tanglewood park in Clemmons Ten miles to Salisbury. The charming cottage features warm wood floors, two inviting bedrooms downstairs, along with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

With a library for the family and a vintage-inspired home theater with classic DVD's, you have plenty to do even on rainy days. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room includes a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. This 900 sq. ft. guesthouse was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.
