The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed

Pebble Cottage is a modern, 2024 new build ideally situated in the heart of the historical village of Charmouth. Only a short walk to the famous fossil beaches on the Jurassic Coast. The village also offers many amenities such as a convenience store, a pharmacy and a selection of eateries. It is a beautiful self catering, two bedroom cottage with a spacious living area and stylish kitchen. Outside, a peaceful paved area perfect for alfresco dining and private offroad parking for two cars.

The Reading Room is a separate annex of The Old Chapel in the main High Street in Charmouth. It's within 60 steps to the High St. Charmouth Beach is approx 5 minutes stroll. A unique space with a huge vaulted ceiling spacious kitchen, dining/ living area, modern integrated appliances and a beautiful oak floor. It has parking for one vehicle and a small outdoor space to the side of the Chapel with blue table and chairs for 2 people. Be aware steps to the bed platform are steep.

An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

Cosy up for a winter break in a beautifully converted old army truck with stunning views of Lyme Bay. In the winter months you have the whole field to yourselves, so it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. There are beautiful walks in the woods up behind my holding and a lovely riverside walk to the beach, which is perfect now the holiday crowds have gone. The truck is well insulated and has a wood burning stove.
