We have many buses stationed near the studio travelling to Morden, Wimbledon, Tooting and other various locations across South west London. Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. Locally, enjoy Nonsuch Park, perfect for walks and picnics, or take a short drive to the historic Hampton Court Palace.

Quiet self-contained Annex

A quiet, recently renovated annex with it's own private entrance, situated in a peaceful leafy private road. Ewell East station is just a 10 minute walk, with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge. An ideal base for exploring the peaceful surroundings of Surrey and the vibrant city life of London. Close to Epsom Racecourse, Ewell Village and Cheam Village with plenty of good pubs, shops and restaurants. It has a King size bed, fully equipped kitchen with double oven and dishwasher.

Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
