Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Bathroom is complete with heated floors, w/d and tub. There is a two person hot tub on the back deck. Lake access 50m away with a canoe and SUP available. 25 mins to Frontenac Park, 40 mins to Kingston.

On top of a ridge of Sugar Maples is a 400 sq foot cabin sitting on a lovely piece of Canadian Shield. The cabin is open concept and is well appointed with a super comfy queen-sized bed, a wood stove, and an off-grid kitchen, additional sleeping is on a sofa bed. This is glamping at its finest! The cabin is located at the rear of our 20-acre property with trails and wildlife to explore. ***Please note that you will have to walk approximately 200 metres to the cabin from cabin.

Bright, clean and cozy - we are a respectful family of 3, and welcome you for your stay. This area is ideal for those who like to keep to themselves, with a private bedroom, kitchen, and living room. It can be entered directly from outside. Included with two stylish pull-out couches (can be turned into beds), an open kitchen provided with cooking utensils and equipment, protected with outdoor security cameras, as well as a washing machine to take care of dirty laundry.

It is conveniently across the road from the Cataraqui Trail. The well-maintained, beautiful trail is ideal for nature-enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, cycling or jogging.
