Enjoy your slice of Cape Cod at our centrally located Mid-Cape cottage minutes from beaches, restaurants, mini-golf, ice cream shops, ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and more. Recently renovated, the cottage features a brand-new bathroom, new laundry units, and all-new furniture. Sleep comfortably on two queen beds with fresh bedding provided. For beach days, we offer two beach chairs and four towels. BBQ grill and patio furniture out back for a night grilling with family and friends

1 bedroom apartment is located across from Bass River Golf Course, and central to beaches, walking trails, Cape Cod Rail trail, kayaking, and wonderful restaurants. This former in-law-apartment, is attached to our home. We want to assure you that our apartment is thoroughly cleaned and then sanitized to help protect our guests. Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

There is A/C in the bedroom and the living area is well vented and has a large ceiling fan. Two golf courses are within 3/4 of a mile, public access beach and boat ramp are within 1 mile. You will also find kayaking, bike trails, walking trails and many other Cape Cod amenities just a short drive away.
