One large bedroom with a super comfy queen bed, and a Koala cushy sofa bed (queen size) in the living room for approved additional guests. 100% cotton percale sheets. 3 types of pillows (8 in total). WIFI and 50” flat screen smart TV. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free visitor parking at this time due to council legislation.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Seperated from the main house with private access and just 300m from the lovely Black Rock beach and 500m to black rock village restaurants, bars, and cafes. The coastal bike path provides over 30km's of safe cycling, and beautiful walks along the coastline tracks.

Port Melbourne Beachsider Princes Pier

The Studio provides a Queen size bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a bar fridge, microwave, kettle with tea and coffee. Guests can appreciate conveniences like a washing machine and dryer, TV, gas fireplace, wifi and use of the shared outdoor pool in the warmer months and free permit parking directly out front.
