This beautiful newly built villa offers everything for your perfect holiday. It is located in the Zečevo bay, 100 meters away from the sea. This two bedroom apartment has private showers in each room and additional toilet. Living room is spacious and kitchen is fully equipped. This villa includes indoor garage, outside parking area, gym, elevator, pool, wifi access and air condition in every room all included in the price. Our guests have private lounge with sunbeds and umbrella's at the beach.

Lying within a 35 minute drive of Split airport along Croatia’s Northern and Central Dalmatia region, this conveniently located property offers guests easy access to all that the region has to offer in addition to being an excellent spot to spend a holiday relaxing by the sea. Newly furnished luxury apartment in a house by the sea. The property is located approximately ten meters from the sea. Guests have complete privacy, but if they wish to be on the public pebble beach, it is about 30 meters away. As part of the regular service, guests receive two beach loungers and an umbrella. Apartment has own private jacuzzi. Parking is free and located on the property. Guests can also use the grill. Closest shops are in the town of Rogoznica, about two kilometers away.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
