Ermioni's Apartment - Paroikia, Paros

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. This complex of houses is called 'Kastro' meaning castle. The house retains all charm from the past and offers the ideal holiday house. The property is surrounded by a large supermarket, a bakery, restaurants, a bike rental service, and an ATM. The garden is lush, full of flowers and fruit trees of all seasons.

Is located in a quite area in the Heart of Paroikia Town, less than 20 minutes walking from the port and just 5 minutes from the main seafront of the town. Few meters away from the studio you can wander the streets of the old town. Bus stop is located a few meters away.

Το νέο κατάλυμα είνα ενα δiκλινο studio το οποίο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αλυκής, όπου απέχει λίγα βήματα απο την θάλασσα, 20 μετρα απο την παραλία της Αλυκής, την στάση του λεωφορείου, 4 χλμ απο το αεροδρόμιο της Πάρου και 13 χλμ απο το λιμάνι της Πάρου.
