Il mio alloggio si trova nella collina della spiaggia di Schoinondas, a 40 metri dal mare. Offre una vista spettacolare a 360°. Supermercato,bar, ristoranti ed autobus sono a distanza pedonabile. L'aeroporto è a circa un chilometro. Al porticciolo di Matezana si può assistere al rientro dei caicchi ed acquistare pesce appena pescato. Le più belle spiagge dell'isola tra cui la rinomata Blu Limanaki, sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Il paese principale,Chora, è a circa 9 Km.

Astypalean home with a view

The studio includes one space with a small kitchen, a living space and a bedroom isolated only with a few wooden stairs and a curtain from the rest of the house. There is also a bathroom and an internal staircase from the entrance to the main space. It also has a beautiful terrace with unlimited view to the sea and the rest of the island where you can sit and enjoy you coffee or wine undisturbed. The house is very centraly located at the foot of the castle hill of the Chora.
