Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Built in 1900 and fully renovated in 2023, this solitary villa offers plenty of space for up to 11 people on 250 sqm. (2700 sq. foot) of living space, with three balconies and a 60-sqm. terrace on a hill with a view of the city. The house offers a total of 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with king-size twin beds, a loft with a sofa bed, a games console, private sauna and your own fitness studios. All major attractions in the northern black forest are nearby. NEW IN SPRING 2025: luxurious outdoor sauna.

Egal ob Wandern im Pfälzer Wald, ein paar Tage Wellness oder die Ruhe der Natur direkt vor der Haustür - in dieser Unterkunft lässt sich vieles vereinen. Der Pool ist bei unseren Gästen besonders beliebt, da er nach Sauna-und Spaziergängen für Erfrischung sorgt. Besonders geschätzt wird auch die Privatsphäre, da sowohl Pool als auch Sauna und Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, allerdings nicht beheizt. Ein Whirlpool steht nicht zur Verfügung.

Sie befindet sich auf unserer seperaten Gästeetage, auf welcher wir noch weitere Zimmer vermieten. Sie können hier bei mehr als zwei Personen noch zusätzliche Zimmer mieten Ortsübliche Kurtaxe muss vor Ort gezahlt werden Es gibt ca. 10 Minuten entfernt eine Bushaltestelle Richtung Ortskern, ein Auto ist jedoch aufjedenfall zu empfehlen.

Our beautiful, super sunny loft 70 square meter loft is located in a former "alte Werkstatt" in the middle of the village. We renovated the apartment and the house with great attention to detail, placing great emphasis on ecological and sustainable building materials and a modern, environmentally friendly heating system - as a hobby beekeeper, it goes without saying for us. The old workshop staircase leads to a large, bright living, dining and cooking area.
