Dock your boat in the private marina just outside the back door in our 45' boat slip or enjoy one of the many amenities that our community offers. Play tennis, pickleball, go to the pool or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the deck. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk away. Two bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. are also available for you to use.

You will have the entire first floor of the house with private entrance and a fully fenced back yard, the pier, and the water.

There's a fenced in yard for furry family members. I also have several kayaks you can borrow but you will need a way to transport them. Note: There is an internal stairway that connects the two floors.
