Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but within a 5-minute walk to restaurants, pubs and local amenities such as supermarket, swimming pool and leisure facilities. A short walk to scenic rural woodland and the picturesque riverside. Close to popular wedding venues such as Hazlewood Castle and The Priory wedding barn. Excellent links to Leeds and York. Gingerbread cottage is a lovely spacious home from home with a ground floor en-suite bedroom and 2 first floor bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom. Approx 4 miles from York city centre and 1.5 miles from York racecourse. Free on street parking outside the cottage. It’s the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Yorkshire dales, Skipton and Ilkley or taking in the beautiful Yorkshire coastal towns of Whitby,Robin Hoods Bay, Scarborough and lovely market towns of Helmsley, Malton.

Hope Cottage. Whixley.

Hope Cottage is in a peaceful village in the perfect location to visit the many attractions North Yorkshire has to offer . Parking is available outside the cottage, and the train station is a mile away. Whixley has an excellent local pub The Anchor Inn , other local eating establishments are within easy driving distance. Generous discounts are on offer for long term let’s (28day or more .) Please note that charging points are not available to charge electric cars .

Our wonderful pods are kitted out with everything you need for a perfect break in the North Yorkshire countryside. This particular pod is one of our mid-sized, with plenty of room for two adults to stay in the double bed, and two children to stay on the foldaway bed. The pod also has a private bathroom, lounge area (with Smart TV) and a kitchenette. When you do fancy venturing out, there's plenty to see and do – whether you drive, walk or cycle, there's lots nearby.

No. 3 Alice's Cottage - Hot tub in private garden

A warm welcome to Alice's cottage which is part of Priory Holiday Cottages, self-catering holiday cottage. Built on the historical site of Syningthwaite the cottages are named as such because of their close proximity to the Syningthwaite Priory. Each cottage is named after a Prioress that ruled the Priory during its life time. Alice's cottage is a spacious cottage which has its own private garden and BBQ. A hot tub can be added to the booking for £75 per stay.

Station Cottage

The property is a beautiful maisonette at Station House, an iconic grade 2 listed former railway station built in 1841 .The history of the building can still clearly be seen; indeed your accommodation is in the old waiting rooms overlooking the station platform. Tours of the rest of the site may be available on request, including the old goods shed. Guests have access to the public footpath/cycle way adjacent to the property along the old railway line.
