The apartment is perched on a small hill in Montovjerna, offering stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Dubrovnik's Old Town is around a five-minute drive away, while the nearest beach, Bellevue, is around 300 metres away.

Our apartment is a cozy studio apartment 25 sq.m. (237 sq ft.). Apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed which are actually two twin beds one right next to the other. Small kitchen (2 hotplates) with dining table. Bathroom w/ shower/ en-suite/WC. Very large PRIVATE terrace (100 sq.m. or 1075 sq ft.) reserved just for you, offering spectacular views of the sea, Old City, Island of Lokrum. For guests arriving with a car, parking is included free of charge in our private parking spot.

Bakery and pizzeria are right across the street, in the Dvori Lapad complex. The apartment is separated from the main house on 1st floor. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.
