Safe for children. Good restaurants nearby. Beautiful coastal walks. The house is a 'home from home' with everything you could want. It has 2 allocated parking spaces. Modern, high spec fitted kitchen.

It is only minutes away from the beautiful North Cornish coastline with it's sandy stretches of beaches, epic cliff walks and the Bude Sea Pool. Great for surfing, swimming, and various water sports. The Hawthorn Shed is within easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The Appledown Iyengar Yoga Studio within our garden offers private & general classes.

A lovely 2 bedroom open plan 2nd floor apartment. Great location just 4 minutes walk to Crooklets Beach, pub & beach cafes. 6 minutes walk (either road or beach path) into town and Summerleaze Beach.
