Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

This house has been lovingly renovated from top to bottom, offering a stylish bolt hole on the Derbyshire/Staffordshire border. The village has great pubs & cafes along with access to beautiful countryside walks.

Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive).
