The unique ambiance and pleasant atmosphere are achieved by utilizing old stone and wood while combining all of it with the wage of modern furniture. Adding to all this is the terrace with amazing view to complete your day.Our goals are to make your visit to Korčula memorable.

The apartment is situated in the picturesque seaside village of Zavalatica,and has beautiful sea views.It is on the ground floor of a stunning ston vila,and has its own private specious terrace to enjoy the beautiful views from.Inside you will find a beautyful nowly renovated apartmet with a pecios open plan kitchen and living space.The two double bedrooms and two bathrooms are elegantly decorated to a very high standard.The aparment has air conditioning,central heating and a open fireplace.

Villa Marija

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.
