Make some memories at this unique, family-friendly waterfront river cottage (approx. 1,700 sf)! Fish, relax in the hammocks, or soak in the hot tub overlooking the river. Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required). Please note we have a video camera overlooking the driveway, stairway, and river bank below the cottage. This property has stairs to enter and many stairs down to the river bank, plus uneven floors inside. Please consider this before booking.

The home is very private, cozy and relaxing, with a full kitchen, a porch overlooking the river with rocking chairs, and dinner/game table and dartboard. This cabin has two bedrooms and a loft as an additional sleeping room. The cabin will sleep 7 people.

From the patio, there is a set of stairs that takes you to the one bedroom "tiny house" with queen bed, tv and desk, a party hut with garage door that opens to the deck and upper patio. Party hut features a 70 inch tv, 1 bedroom with bath and kitchen.

It recently received its second full renovation with modern amenities while preserving its original corridors and doors making way for its new life as a boutique hotel space. Downtown Elizabethton is committed to ongoing revitalization projects including tourism enhancement, public art projects, and building renovations.
